Tim Connor has had a special focus and interest in transport accident claims for 30 years. Tim has completed hundreds of claims for children, motorcyclists and people catastrophically injured in transport accidents.
Tim is currently a member of the Legal Liaison Group meeting quarterly with the Senior Management of the TAC. Tim is also a member of the Law Institute TAC Committee.
Tim has a strong belief in pro bono legal work and dedicates a significant part of the work in his law firm to helping individuals with catastrophic injuries address the day-to-day issues that arise with the Transport Accident Commission.
We are proud of the pro bono work we do for those who have been catastrophically injured.
We welcome the opportunity to share our knowledge and expertise of the TAC with families caring for the catastrophically injured.
Issues we address include the funding of home modifications ,motor vehicles and education. We can intervene when decisions are slow. There can be challenges with Attendant Care programs for which we have extensive experience.
We have experience with VCAT in appointing Administrators and Guardians, as well as the role of the Senior Master in managing compensation.
